Have you previously worked within a busy sales office as administration support ?
Looking for a new challenge ?
As part of our busy Sales Office, you will be providing a full range of administrative support. Full in-house training on our internal systems and procedures and ongoing mentoring will be provided for this interesting and varied role.
Complete the Departmental general filing, archiving and scanning.
Prepare and deliver shipment paperwork for our Stores Department.
Processing certificates of shipment.
Issue Technical Department drawings as and when they are required.
Preparing customer declarations and Quality letters.
Processing supplier questionnaires.
Excellent communication skills to include; interpersonal, verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong I.T. skills including MS Office.
Minimum 2-years office experience.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
1-hour for lunch each day.
35-hours per week.
Although the successful candidate will be expected to follow working patterns or hours required to meet the operational needs to the Customer Service Team, our Branch Markets and worldwide distributor network. This may include working hours between 8.00am and 18.00, flexibility is therefore required.
